In this project, we developed a new deposit feature to help salon business owners reduce no-shows and boost revenue.

Mortgage Workflow Improvement
Comerica Bank Mortgage Systems
This project aims to streamline the mortgage application process by upgrading outdated, user-unfriendly systems and enhancing the overall user experience.

DaySmart Product Team
Our product team struggled to connect with real customers, hindering our understanding of their needs. I developed the Customer Research Funnel to facilitate direct customer engagement and sign-ups for future UX studies.
